crofflr adds user defined delivery times and time zones

I released a new version of the crofflr service.

With this release I added an often requested feature: You can now set your prefered delivery time for your timezone. Please note that crofflr will not deliver exactly to the minute. You should add some time for creating your e-book and transferring it over Amazons Whispernet.

To activate the new feature, just login and update your configuration.
