I started a firefox extension project. The bit.lyff addon enables you to shorten URLs from the context menu using the URL-shorten service bit.ly. Additionally you can display bit.ly specific information about a web page, like mirror or thumbnail URLs.

I moved my link collection for GTK and Gnome software on the Win32 platform onto a new page inside this blog and also added a few new links and updated dead links.

I created a page for a link collection of GTK+ and Gnome projects that support the Win32 platform. This includes applications and also development stuff. If you are forced to use Windows on work, it’s sometimes nice to have one of your Gnome friends with you. Please mail me if you have any additions.

Discovered Gnome clipboard manager this morning, a cool tool that keeps your clipboard content in memory, so the clipboard won’ get lost even after you close the application you copied from.

Added this to my Debian repositoy.
