Eins der besten China Restaurants in Berlin. Wenn man die Qualität eines China-Restaurants an der Zahl der chinesischen Besucher misst, ist man hier goldrichtig. Witzigerweise fallen dort auch oft chinesische Reisegruppen ein, die während ihres Berlin-Besuchs kulinarisch auf Nummer sicher gehen wollen.

Die Speisekarte ist üppig und hebt sich aufgrund des Szechuan Einschlags auch vom üblichen Einerlei “beim Chinesen” ab. Meine absoluten Favoriten sind zwei Vorspeisen, die “grünen Bohnen mit Ingwer und Knoblauch” und der unvergessliche “warme Szechuan Nudelsalat”. Danach darf es gerne mit Gong-Bao Huhn oder einem leckeren Schweinefleischgericht nach Yuxiang-Art weitergehen.

Die Bedienung ist angenehm unkompliziert, freundlich und schnell, es sei denn die oben erwähnten Reisegruppen tauchen auf, dann kann es schon mal etwas länger dauern, dafür wird man aber mit einen einmaligen Spektakel entschädigt. Auch der Besuch mit Kindern lohnt, es wird gerne auf Modifikationen an den Gerichten eingegangen.
